Andrew Shaul, Esq.
President

A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Andrew Shaul has practiced healthcare law in Georgia since 1983, and currently represents several hundred dentists and physicians through "
The Shaul Law Firm, PC".
In 1989, he founded and became managing partner of Shaul & McCoy, PC. His law firm focused on representing healthcare professionals for all legal matters. Andy was strategically involved in all aspects of this transactional and litigation firm, and diligently represented corporations, small businesses and individuals.
Always looking for another challenge, Andy put his negotiating strengths and unrivaled operational business skills to work for a multi-million dollar medical facility when he became its Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel from 2000 through 2003.
In 2004, Andy returned to the traditional practice of corporate law and expanded his representation of healthcare professionals to encompass their business and operational needs, both on a local and regional level. His focus continues to be on practice buy-ins, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, employment issues, negotiating and drafting contracts, employee handbooks and general litigation.
In 2010, recognizing the needs of healthcare professionals to have comprehensive legal, operational and consulting services provided through one Company, Andy associated with Carol Paige, President of PRN Consulting and Steve Beckman, accountant and former Director of Corporate Accounts for Hill-Rom, and created ShaulBeckmanPaige, LLC. Their combined expertise, integrated approach and incomparable ethical services are well known throughout Georgia, and they quickly became the only company in Georgia providing a unique triad of services (legal, transitions and management) integral to the short and long term success of healthcare practices.
Andy brings to the table years of strategic leadership, as well as an outstanding work ethic, a great sense of humor and a clear understanding of business law and successful negotiating principles. His documents are structured in a clear and concise manner that allow clarity and minimize the ambiguities that lead to lawsuits. His goal is to resolve disputes, not unnecessarily escalate them.
As his clients' practices have grown, dentists and physicians have continued to seek Andy's counsel with associate agreements and exit strategies. He is frequently involved creating start-ups with graduates and professionals who decide to develop their own practice. Andy's personal attention to each and every client creates relationships that span the length of their careers and allow them to refer friends and family with complete confidence. His reputation speaks to his vast knowledge of the law, unrivaled commitment to his client's optimal outcome and his consummate professionalism. With few exceptions, Andy makes himself available to clients on their schedules, with meetings and conference calls scheduled for early mornings, evenings or weekends.
Andy, his wife, Kathy and daughter Casey, live in Cobb County. When Andy is not working for you, watching a Steelers game or traveling with his family, you can usually find him on the basketball court.

roots dental practice management consulting organizations, then trained
and joined their organization as a dental practice management consultant
in 1984. Her responsibilities included consulting and lecturing on a

convinced that management plans should be designed around each office's
unique needs, not a pre-designed program best suited to the needs of the
consulting firm, Carol Paige established PRN Consulting, Inc. in 1988.
Carol works closely with dentists and staff to create tailor made
solutions to management and marketing problems.
Carol's speaking credits include: Medical College of Georgia School of
Dentistry and School of Associated Dental Sciences/Dental Hygiene,

Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Northern District
Dental Society and various dental societies and study clubs throughout
the Southeast.
Ms. Paige is a certified instructor in the leadership series

active network of dental practice management consultants and associates
across the nation with active membership and participation with the
Academy of Dental Management Consultants.
Throughout the years, working closely with Gina Waldsmith and Andrew
Shaul as many of her clients added associates and bought/sold practices,
Carol was honored when invited to join the firm as a partner in 2010.
Thus, the entity, ShaulWaldsmithPaige, LLC, completed a uniquely
effective triad to support the continuing success of dental clients in
all stages of their career.
